The Last Days - Jerusalem and Israel
For by grace you have
been saved through faith,
and that not of yourselves;
it is the gift of God.
Ephesians 2:8 WEB

"Be Patient Until the Lord Comes"

Sane and Sensible Perspectives on the Last Days

This is perhaps “the least” of the New Testament passages concerning the Last Days. Despite its humble appearance, it still has some powerful things to say to us about the timing of the Rapture and of the Lord’s Return. It is an agricultural image, especially suited to the Lord’s teaching that we would know the “times and seasons” that would bring us to the final harvest of the Last Days.

7Be patient, then, brothers and sisters, until the Lord’s coming. See how the farmer waits for the land to yield its valuable crop, patiently waiting for the autumn and spring rains (the “early and late rains”). 8You too, be patient and stand firm, because the Lord’s coming is near. James 5:7-8 NIV

Like John the Baptist, forerunners go before the Lord to prepare His way into their own heart and other lives. That's your heart too, isn't it?
